My overfunctioning took a toll on my health, my family, and my sense of self. I was successful and completely disconnected from my own vitality.
The shift came when I stopped trying to outwork the pattern and started working with my nervous system, my energy, and my identity. I learned that my magnetism, my ability to influence and inspire, was not rooted in how much I did. It was rooted in how coherent and aligned I was.
